While strolling along the sand, you’ll come across rock enclaves shaded by trees, as well as pebble stretches. With a variety of stores and party resorts, Platanias town provides enough of entertainment.
The nightlife in this town is vibrant, with various pubs and private events. To get to Platanias, take a bus or a car on the national route from Chania to Kastelli, which is 11 kilometers long. Also, keep an eye on the condition of the meltemia summer winds, which might affect the shore.
