We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elounda Sunrise Apartments in Crete. We were looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay that was close to the beach and had plenty of local amenities. After researching several options, we settled on the Elounda Sunrise Apartments, and we were not disappointed.
Location:
The location of the Elounda Sunrise Apartments is excellent. It’s situated just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the charming village of Elounda. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which made our stay very convenient. The location is also convenient for exploring the surrounding area, including the ancient ruins of Lato and the beautiful beaches of the Lasithi Area.
Accommodation:
The accommodation at the Elounda Sunrise Apartments was comfortable and clean. We opted for a one-bedroom apartment, which had plenty of space for the two of us. The apartment was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a balcony with a view of the sea. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well every night.
Facilities:
The facilities at the Elounda Sunrise Apartments were good. There was a small pool on-site, which was perfect for a quick dip to cool off in the afternoon. There was also a small gym, which we didn’t use, but it looked adequate for a basic workout.
Service:
The service at the Elounda Sunrise Apartments was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants and activities, and they were always available to answer any questions we had.
Activities:
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area surrounding the Elounda Sunrise Apartments. We went on a boat trip to the nearby island of Spinalonga, which was fascinating. The island has a rich history, and we enjoyed exploring the old fortress and learning about its past. We also went on a guided hike through the nearby hills, which was a great way to get some exercise and take in the beautiful scenery.
Overall:
Our stay at the Elounda Sunrise Apartments was very enjoyable. The location, accommodation, facilities, service, and activities were all good, and we felt that we got excellent value for money. If you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in a charming village close to the beach, we would highly recommend the Elounda Sunrise Apartments.
